Physical therapy is a type of treatment needed when health problems make it hard to move and complete everyday tasks. Pain relief and functional mobility can be achieved through a variety of manual techiniques such as myofacial release, joint mobilization, and stretching.
Anna can help with recovery after surgeries, acute injuries, and chronic limitation in mobility. It is usually, but not always or necessarily prescribed by your Doctor.
Anna's goal through physical therapy is to help you move better, and to make daily tasks and activities easier.

Anna can assist you by designing a safe, functional and effective exercise program to help you reach a higher potential from wherever you may be starting, or with whatever limitations you may be facing.
As a physical therapist wearing a trainer's hat Anna's goal via personal training is to help motivate you and keep you accountable in order to increase your strength and conditioning, achieve weight loss goals and improve your health and wellness.
