“How often does one find a skilled physical therapist who is also an awesome personal trainer? I have been seeing Anna regularly for at least a year, initially for PT connected with shoulder and knee injuries. With her help, my body healed without surgery and I progressed to personal training and strengthening exercises. I am fitter now (in my 60’s) than I’ve been in a very long time! She is truly a pleasure to work with, and I love her ability to adjust the routine to suit whatever may be going on with my body. Unlike the exercise classes I used to take, where I was always pulling muscles or damaging cartilage, I don’t have to worry about injury with Anna. My sessions with her are both physically and psychologically therapeutic. I’m back to tennis and a sunnier outlook!”

“ Anna is not only an amazing trainer, but she is an amazing person! Working out with my ankle and hip injuries had been difficult in the past with and without previous trainers, but Anna was able to tailor routines that perfectly worked with and around my injuries, giving me the body and the strength that I had always desired. She will kick your butt, but in the best way possible! I always looked forward to our weekly sessions, and miss them dearly today. If it weren’t for work, I would continue with Anna, and when I once again have the time required to train, she will be the only trainer I will be returning to :)”
